REVIEW: Swordfish, a new, fun experience

Tucked away in Batavia lies a wonderful restaurant that brings culture to our town. From the moment you walk in, you are taken into another world.  The room surrounded by a deep red room with tealight candles at every table. Calming music is playing in the background. Fresh sushi is being made behind the counter for all to see. What is this enchanted place? The answer is quite simple, Swordfish. Swordfish is an incredible restaurant that pleases each and every customer.  

Swordfish is a contemporary sushi restaurant that provides around 70 different types of sushi. They also serve many different Japanese drinks including warm and cold herbal teas. The number of options on the menu is seemingly endless. The most popular item on the menu is the Moon River dish which is a sushi roll that consists of shrimp, crab and avocado. Many people who go to Swordfish like to try new dishes that are unusual and delicious. Swordfish gives customers new meals and rolls to try by providing a specials list which changes about every three months.

When talking to some classmates about Swordfish, many of them thought that it was only a sushi restaurant. This is not true! Swordfish has an entire entree menu ranging from fish to chicken and even steak. Not only that, but they have one of the best house salads. Swordfish is a place that even if the customer a picky eater, they will still have something for you to eat.

A unique fact about swordfish is that swordfish rewards their customers by acknowledging them with their VIP wall. It is where customers who regularly come to Swordfish are noticed by the employees and get to have their picture up on the wall. As customers walk into the restaurant, tons of pictures are on display.

Overall, Swordfish is a unique place that leaves each and every customer wanting to come back. With countless amounts of sushi to try, a relaxing environment and welcoming service, Swordfish is a restaurant that you should definitely consider going to.
