There are so many types of songs you can listen to, that make your summer perfect. Here are the top 10 perfect summer songs based off of Spotify’s charts 2023.

  1. “Last Night” – Morgan Wallen 

“Last Night” was released in 2023. He decided to make it a single after much consideration that it would get more popular, rather than the song being part of an album; Wallen was right. The song earned Wallen a No. 1 on Billboard‘s Hot Country Songs chart.

  1. “Ella Baila Sola” – Peso Pluma & Eslabón Armado 

“Ella Baila Sola” was released on March 17, 2023. The song by Eslabon Armado & Peso Pluma was No. 1 in Hot Latin song charts for three weeks after it gained popularity on the app, TikTok, from more than  million creator videos. Eslabon Armado expressed it was a song he didn’t expect would be a hit. 

  1. “Where She goes” – Bad Bunny 

The 4:32 hard-hitting Latin Pop song By Bad Bunny, was released on May 18, 2023. His music overtook the world with his Grammy winning Album Un Verano Sin Ti. Fans were attracted to the Idea of the song titled in English. They were used to the artist’s music in Spanish; it caught the attention of many people. The song became very popular and reached No. five on Billboard’s top 100.

  1. “Cruel Summer” – Taylor Swift 

Taylor Swift’s popular song “Cruel Summer” received viral exposure on social media around June 30”, 2023. The song was released on Aug. 23, 2019. This song is part of the many sensational albums Taylor Swift has released, Lover. It gained popularity because of the Taylor Swift Eras Tour.

  1. “Flowers” – Miley Cyrus 

Miley Cyrus’s top hit song “Flowers” was released in January of 2023. It became No. 1 on the all-genre, multimetric Billboard Hot 100 last January and ruled for eight weeks. This song is based on one of her long-term relationships with Australian actor, Liam Hemsworth.

  1. “Un X100to” – Grupo Frontera, Bad Bunny 

The track, a cumbia-reggaeton ballad that resulted from collaboration of a Puerto Rico reggaeton artist and norteño band Grupo Frontera, was very unexpected. Released on April 29, 2023, it became a top hit, with 110.2 million streams. It leaps from No. 5 to No. 1 on the Billboard Global 200.

  1. “La Bebe – Remix”  Yng Lvcas, Peso Pluma

The top charts song “La Bebe” by Yng Lvcas & Peso Pluma was released in March of 2023. Yng Lvcas first created the original version of “La Bebé” in 2021. The song quickly  was at No. 77 on the Billboard Hot 100 It also holds at its No. 2 best on Hot Latin Songs.

  1. “Daylight” – David Kushner 

The song “Daylight” by David Kushner was released on April 13, 2023. It went viral on the app, TikTok  In the United Kingdom and debuted at number two on the Official Singles Chart, becoming Kushner’s first top-10 single. It gained eight million streams in a matter of a few weeks.

  1. “Kill Bill” – SZA

The song “Kill Bill” by SZA was released in December of 2023, climbing to No. 2 in the Billboard charts quickly after its release. This pop song is part of the album SOS released on Dec. 9, 2023. SZA gained lots of popularity from this album.

10.  “As It was” – Harry Styles 

The 2:46 hit sensation was released in March of 2022. This song is one of the many on the album Harry’s House. This song became so popular, it overthrew the rest of the songs. Harry Styles recently became a lot more popular with his Tour named ‘Love On Tour.Harry Styles.’ “As It Was” soared in at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 songs chart.
