In recent months, Chipotle Mexican Grill has lost a percentage of their customers due to the E. coli bacteria. Reports said that this bacteria was found in California, Illinois, Maryland, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Washington. This tended to scare customers away, at least for some amount of time. On the contrary, Chipotle Mexican Grill has overcome this “rough-patch” and their business has begun to increase once again. Fortunately, the food served at Chipotle is too tasty for customers to give up, so they have begun to trust them again.
Chipotle is a great place for family and friends to hang out, grab a bite to eat, and socialize amongst each other.
Walking through the doors of Chipotle, a bold aroma of freshly satisfying ingredients are brought to the attention of each and every customer. The sizzling sound of their five different meat choices – steak, carnitas, chicken, barbacoa, and vegan sofritas – cook on the grills in Chipotle’s kitchen. Steam rises off of their one of a kind cilantro-lime brown and white rice, while the tasty black and pinto beans are a simple addition that add to the deliciousness within the air. Topping after topping, the options never stop. Chipotle serves fresh tomato salsa, red chili salsa, sour cream, green chili salsa, roasted chili corn salsa, romaine lettuce, guacamole, and cheese.
By using the mouth watering food choices listed above, the employees are able to custom make burritos, burrito bowls, crispy, soft, or flour corn tacos, and salads. Along with all of those lovely options, purchase a side of Chipotle’s famous taco chips with a squeeze of real lime and salt sprinkled on top, paired with their freshly made guacamole or salsa of the customer’s choice.
When I go to Chipotle, I personally am a huge fan of their burrito bowls. As I go down the assembly line, I ask for white rice, black beans, steak, fresh tomato salsa, lettuce, cheese, and to top it off, I get a spoonful of their appetizing guacamole.
The service at Chipotle is exceptional. Each employee is cooperative along with respectful manners. They show that Chipotle doesn’t have to be a “fast-food” experience, yet the customers receive service in a matter of minutes.
Another exceptional characteristic Chipotle holds is catering. They offer several options that are perfect for any type of event. The employees handle the food, which means less work for the hosts of the event.
For those of you who enjoy Mexican food and have not been to Chipotle, I highly recommend this restaurant for you. The food, the service, and the catering is great and because of this I would give Chipotle Mexican Grill a five out of five stars. The employees have wonderful hospitality and are incredibly hard working.
